Bidding and selection process:
According to business needs, TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt will be regularly announcing available sites for bidding, aimed at selecting new dealers to operate its stations. This selection process will adhere strictly to TotalEnergies' terms, conditions, and international standards. Interested parties must submit sealed envelopes containing their best offers, which will be evaluated based on:
- Knowledge of service station operation
- Best financial offer
- Best technical offer
The bidding and selection process follows a structured procedure and defined timeframe to ensure fairness and transparency:
- Bidding Announcement: Once the bidding station is announced, Potential applicants can begin submitting their application booklets.
- Bidding dates: Applicants must submit the booklet within the dates specified in the booklet.
- Selection committee review: Internally conducted during the first week after the bidding closing date.
- Dealer selection announcement: Selected applicant should be revealed two weeks after the bidding process concludes.
Note: The above timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.
How to Participate?
Interested applicants must submit an official application form when a new bidding opportunity arises. This application serves as an essential step in evaluating the eligibility and capabilities of applicants noting that:
- The bidding booklet will only be available for purchase at TotalEnergies Head office.
- The fees for the bidding booklet are non-refundable.
- TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt reserves the right to reject any offers without explanation.
- TotalEnergies reserves the right to modify the bidding terms and conditions at its discretion.
